Whenever possible we like to meet our couples as the personal touch is very important. Of course, as sometimes happens, due to distances involved, we cannot always do this, but a home visit is recommended if this can be arranged.
We have a room set aside at our home to show sample DVDs and to go through details with you. We can discuss all available options and give clear prices. There are no hidden extras! Appointment times are very flexible and we can arrange day-time, evening or weekend appointments; assuming that we are not filming a wedding. A visit is very informal and usually takes about 1 hour or less.
The home visit also allows you to read our wedding comments book, see sample DVD covers and printed discs. We also encourage you to ask any questions that you may have.
Typically, your Video/DVD will include:
- Arrival at the Church/Hotel
- Guests mingling and chatting
- Groom. Best man and Bridesmaids waiting/arriving
- Arrival of the Bride
- The full wedding service
- Leaving the Church/Hotel
- Videoing the taking of photographs
- The Reception
- Speeches
- Cutting of the cake
- A "highlights" section of the day put to music

Do we need to get permission to film in the Church?
YES! We assume that everyone invloved has been asked for their permission to film the wedding and Reception. Please check at the place the service is to be held at that permission has been granted to video
Do you charge for travelling?
No, not locally (up to 20 miles each way) but we ask for modest expenses above this Please ask.
Will you visit the Church and Hotel before the Wedding day?
In most cases, yes. It is in everyones best interests to check the most suitable place to put cameras and microphones. For Church weddings we almost always attend the rehearsal to confirm the running order and to make final checks with you, verifying what is to happen on the day and any special requests. This is included free of charge.
How soon will I get my Videos/DVDs?
After the wedding day itself, the tapes are extensively edited and fine-tuned in post production. Once started, this easily takes several days to complete as this is complex work and is essential to produce the best record of the day. Delivery times vary depending on the times of year, Spring weddings will usually take about 3-4 weeks. In summer and autumn months, this will take longer as we do get very busy.
Can I see your work before I book?
Of course! We usually arrange an evening or weekend visit to our viewing room at home. This only takes about an hour and is very relaxed and informal. If this is difficult for you, we can of course come to visit you with some of our demo DVDs of some of our recent work. In either case you can also read letters with comments from some of our past satisfied customers.
How do I book a Video of my wedding?
The date can be "pencilled in" in the diary. This is only temporary and is held for 7 days and will only become a confirmed booking on receipt of a completed booking form and non-refundable deposit for £75.00 Until then, any other definite booking for the same date is take priority.
When do I make final payments?
A further payment of £100.00 is required 6 weeks before the Wedding date - The balance is due one week before the Wedding day.
